From division heads and classroom teachers to counselors, coaches, and staff, the people of The Hudson School bring deep expertise, an average of 16 years of experience, and genuine dedication to every student.

The faculty and staff at The Hudson School are the heart of our educational community. Our 55 faculty and staff span three divisions—Lower School (Toddler–Grade 4), Middle School (Grades 5–8), and Upper School (Grades 9–12)—along with administrative, counseling, arts, and technology departments. Sixty-five percent hold advanced degrees, four are proud Hudson alumni, and they bring an average of 16 years of teaching experience. In our small-school environment, teachers know each student individually, delivering the personalized instruction and mentorship that is central to our philosophy, and to the success of our graduates.
