The Hudson School is an independent, coeducational day school serving students from Toddler through Grade 12 in Hoboken, New Jersey. Founded in 1978 by Suellen Newman, THS is accredited by the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools (NJAIS) and led today by Head of School Rebekah Sollitto. Our mascot is the Hornet. Lower and Middle School students (PreK–Grade 8) attend classes at 422 Willow Ave; Upper School students (Grades 9–12) are located at 601 Park Ave.

Tuition for 2024–25 is $28,310, which includes supplies, textbooks, Chromebooks, after-school programming, and all class trips including overnights. The Hudson School is one of the only schools in New Jersey with a need-blind admissions process. In 2023–24, 29% of students received financial aid, with grants ranging from $1,200 to $24,000 based on family need.
