Building on forty-six years of purpose.

The Hudson School’s strategic planning process is rooted in our founding mission and shaped by the evolving needs of our students, faculty, and Hoboken community. We plan boldly — and we plan together.

Our Approach

Strategic planning grounded in our mission.

At The Hudson School, strategic planning is not a top-down exercise — it is a community-wide conversation. Trustees, administrators, faculty, students, parents, and alumni all contribute to setting the direction of the school. Our planning process keeps us honest: we return continually to the question of whether our programs, policies, and resources are truly serving the values of Courage, Compassion, and Commitment that define a THS education.

Looking Forward

A school ready for the next chapter.

With 280 students, two campuses, and 55 faculty across Toddler through Grade 12, The Hudson School has the foundation to grow with intention. Our strategic priorities focus on strengthening academic programs, deepening our commitment to diversity and inclusion, expanding professional development for faculty, and ensuring long-term financial health so that a Hudson education remains accessible to the families of Hoboken and the surrounding region.
