Teachers who know every student by name
Our 55 faculty members bring deep expertise, genuine passion, and an average of 16 years of teaching experience to every classroom. Sixty-five percent hold advanced degrees, and four are Hudson School alumni. In our small school environment, teachers serve as instructors, mentors, advisors, and role models — knowing each student individually and guiding them from their first day to graduation.

The Hudson School is governed by a fifteen-member self-perpetuating Board of Trustees, recognized as a charitable nonprofit under Section 501(c)(3) and incorporated under the laws of New Jersey. Trustees bring backgrounds in education, business, law, medicine, and the arts, united by a shared commitment to the school’s mission of cultivating Compassion, Commitment, and Courage in every student.
