Governing with purpose.
The Hudson School is governed by a fifteen-member self-perpetuating Board of Trustees — a diverse group of professionals united by their commitment to excellent independent education in Hoboken.
Stewardship of the mission
The Hudson School Board of Trustees is recognized as a charitable nonprofit educational organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Trustees bring backgrounds spanning education, business, law, medicine, and the arts, providing strategic oversight, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting the Head of School in advancing the educational program. The Board works through standing committees — Executive, Finance, Development, Buildings & Grounds, and Education — to carry out its responsibilities.
