Congratulations on your enrollment! We’re thrilled your family will be joining our vibrant community. This page guides you through every step to ensure a smooth, confident start.
Four phases to get ready for Day One.

Immediate (Within 2 Weeks of Acceptance)
Submit your signed enrollment contract and $1,000 non-refundable deposit. New families also pay a one-time $2,000 Building Fund fee (due July 1). Complete emergency contact and medical forms.

Health & Safety (Due by June 1)
Submit a physical examination completed within the last 12 months, current immunization records meeting New Jersey requirements, a health history form, emergency medical authorization, and any allergy action plans.

Academic Preparation (Due by July 15)
Provide official final transcripts from your child’s current school. Complete summer reading assignments, sign the technology acceptable-use policy, and review the Parent Handbook.

Final Steps (Due by August 15)
Schedule a school portrait, purchase grade-appropriate supplies, order any required uniform items, confirm your family’s directory information, and indicate where you’d like to volunteer.
Events designed to make you feel at home.
We host a series of orientation events in late June and throughout August—a New Family Welcome Reception (casual Q&A with faculty, veteran family mentors, and light refreshments), Campus Familiarization Tours where students practice their route and locate classrooms and lockers, and grade-specific Parent Information Sessions covering curriculum, communication protocols, and the Parent Association. Every new student is also paired with a current student ambassador through our New Student Buddy Program in the week before school begins.
